Ros performed in Zipangu at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur's one stop food and entertainment outlet. Playing the baby grand in the bar lounge, her music was also enjoyed by dinner guests, as it was piped through to the adjacent Japanese restaurant and dedicated cigar lounge. Ros enjoyed six months at Phnom Penh's prime 5-star deluxe class hotel. The historic Hotel Le Royal and the colonial style Elephant Bar in particular is a focal point in the Capital of the country, as it is frequented by hotel residents, members of the Cambodian Royal Family, Diplomatic corps, locals and Expatriates. She took the opportunity to visit the famous temples at Angkor Wat and the Sunrise Children's Village run by a great South Australian, Geraldine Cox.
United Arab Emirates
The Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai

Ros was fortunate to be selected as an entertainer at this Resort Hotel, which won 3 prestigious awards: Business Traveler's The Best New Business Hotel, 1999 as well as Conde Nast Traveler Readers' award for The Best Hotel in the World: Leisure and the Best Hotel in the World: Overall Winner, 1999.

In addition to performing in the 24th floor Uptown Bar as a soloist, Ros demonstrated her versatility and talent forming a Jazz Band with other resident musicians. This group performed once a week and received very good comments from the guests. Reference letter available on request.

Ros performed at this Business Hotel in the Ehime Prefecture, Shikoku in both the top floor international restaurant and in the Blue Bell Lounge. She entertained regular guests and those visiting in the short-term on business.
